Kugii Hostel Property Policy & Terms of Service

We want every guest to enjoy a comfortable, safe, and respectful stay at Kugii Hostel. By checking in, you agree to the policies and terms outlined below. These guidelines help us maintain a secure environment for all travelers and ensure smooth operations throughout your visit.

Property Policies

  1. Required Check-In Form
    All guests must complete the official Kugii Hostel check-in form before receiving access details. Failure to submit the form may result in denied entry.
  2. Check-In and Check-Out Times
  • Check-in is strictly at 3:00 PM
  • Check-out is strictly at 12:00 PM (noon)
     Late check-outs may incur additional charges.
  1. Cancellation Policy
  • Guests must cancel their reservation at least 7 days before the scheduled arrival date to receive a refund.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.

3.1 Unforeseen Events

  • Cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances are eligible for a full refund only in cases of typhoons, earthquakes, or other natural disasters.
  • Such cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before arrival to qualify for a full refund.
  • All other cancellation requests will follow the standard cancellation policy.
  1. Damages and Missing Items
    Any damage to property, furnishings, or loss of items,including towels will be charged accordingly.
  1. Security Cameras
     For everyone’s safety, security cameras are placed in:
  • Common areas
  • Locker area
  • Outside gate
  • Road-facing exterior 

These cameras operate 24/7.

  1. Behavior and Conduct
  • Disrespecting staff in any form will not be tolerated.
  • Harassment, aggressive behavior, or causing discomfort to other guests is grounds for immediate removal.
  • Sex tourism is strictly prohibited. Anyone engaging in such behavior will be removed and reported to authorities.
  • We reserve the right to professionally and immediately remove guests who are disruptive, violate policies, or disturb the peace within the property. 
  1. No Smoking
    Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Guests may only smoke in designated outdoor areas. Violations may result in penalties or removal from the premises.
  2. Use of Security Footage & Data
    In cases of misconduct, criminal activity, or violation of local laws, Kugii Hostel reserves the right to use available data and recordings to assist authorities.

Terms of Service

  1. Booking Verification
    All guests must present a valid government ID or passport for verification. Fake or invalid documents will result in denied check-in.
  2. Liability
    Kugii Hostel is not responsible for:
  • Lost or unattended personal items. We encourage guests to secure valuables in lockers provided.
  • Guest injuries resulting from misuse of facilities or personal negligence
  1. Marketing Communications
    By booking with us, you agree that your email may be used for updates, promotions, and marketing content from Kugii Hostel. You may opt out anytime via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us directly.
  2. Privacy & Data Protection
    Personal data provided during booking and check-in is stored securely. It will never be sold or misused. Details on our data handling practices are available in our Privacy & Data Security document.

5. Acceptance of Terms
Proceeding with your stay means you acknowledge and accept these policies and terms. Failure to follow them may result in additional charges, denied service, or removal from the hostel.
